Tämä on se aika vuodesta kun alamme suunnittelemaa kesälomareissua.
Taisin mainita jo aikaisemmin, että haluan Helsingin Korkeasaareen. Olen ollut siellä kerran aikaisemminkin, mutta en muista matkasta mitään. Minulla on muutama kuva albumissa mutta ne eivät herätä mitään erityisiä muistoja. En edes muista kenen kanssa olin siellä...
Odotan todella tätä reissua. Ja olen yrittänyt katsoa jotain halpaa hotellia läheltä. Ajattelin, että voisimme mennä sinne junalla tai bussilla koska Helsingissä on niin kamala ajaa itse autoa saati sitten hankala löytää paikkaa mihin parkkeerata joka ei maksaisi omaisuutta.
Se on jännä miten vaikea on löytää halpaa hotellia... varsinkin kun ei oikein vielä tiedä milloin olisi tulossa ja lähdössä. En ole varma viipyisimmekö yhden vai kaksi yötä. En ole varma menisimmekö johonkin muuallekin käymään. Suomen linna voisi olla mielenkiintoinen kuten Luonnontieteellinen museokin. Miksi hotellien täytyy muuttaa hintojaan koko ajan? Mikseivät voisi vain pysyä yksissä hinnoissa molempina kausina, kesällä ja talvella. Se auttaisi suunnittelua paljon! Varsinkin niitä jotka mielellään söisivät myös reissun jälkeen :P
Isäntä ehdotti myös Päivä Pietarissa -risteilyä. Se olisi TODELLA kivaa! En ole ikinä ollut ulkomailla. Olen ollut vain jossainpäin Ruotsissa ja silloinkin olin 3-vuotias enkä muista matkasta yhtään mitään ja olen ollut myös risteilyillä Tallinnaan, Riikaan ja Tukholmaan mutten ole koskaan astunut maihin laivasta. Joten tämä olisi oikein tervetullut reissu. Voisin vihdoinkin päästä ihan jopa kaupunkiin itseensä :D
En tosin tiedä onko meillä varaa molempiin reissuihin :/ Eivät ne nyt niin kalliita ole mutta ihan tarpeeksi meille. Eläintarha, linna ja museo ei nyt paljon maksa mutta hotelli ja matkustaminen Helsinkiin maksaa. Ja tietenkin risteily Pietariin ei ole ilmainen myöskään ja pitäähän meidän syödäkin jotain molemmissa paikoissa.
Miksi rahan täytyy aina olla ongelma? :( Ja sitten yritetään asioista tehdä vielä vaikeampaa kun yrittää etsiä hyvää hintaa.
MUTTA olen löytänyt myös jotain upeaa netissä surffailun aikana. Olen löytänyt Nopsa Travelsin. Miten upea sivu! Ja miten upeita reittejä heillä onkaan. Toivon, että joskus voisimme vain hypätä junaan tai bussiin tai mennä jopa omalla autolla ja käydä jotkut reitit läpi. Tai edes käydä katsomassa joitain paikkoja joita suosittelevat. Ainakin Tampere reittejä voimme kokeilla melkein milloin vain. Tuollainen matkustaminen on minun makuuni.
Toivottavasti lakkaisi pian satamasta. Koko viikon on ollut aika kurja sää. Ja muutenkin kesä on ollut nyt kovin sateinen ja kylmä :( Toivottavasti se siitä paranisi Elokuuksi kun kesälomamme alkaa.

This is the time of year when we start to think of our summer vacation trip.
I might have said earlier that I want to go to the Korkeasaari Zoo in Helsinki. I've been there once before and can't remember much. I do have some pictures in my photo album but they can't bring any specific memories of the day. I don't even remember who I went with...
I'm really waiting this trip. And I've been looking for some cheap hotel somewhere near. I thought we could go there with train or bus because it's terrible to drive at Helsinki or more terrible to find some place to park the car which wouldn't cost a fortune.
It's amazingly hard to find a cheap hotel... especially when you don't really yet know when you are going to come and leave. I'm not sure yet are we staying one night or two nights. I don't know if we going some other places too. The Suomen linna would be nice place to visit or even the Finnish museum of natural history. Why hotels have to change their prices all the time? Why can't they just stick in one price for each seasons, summer and winter. That would ease the planning a lot! Especially for those who would still like to be eating after their trip :P
My partner also suggest of a one day cruise trip to Saint Petersburg in Russia. That would be REALLY nice! I've never been anywhere abroad! I've only been somewhere in Sweden and I was a three years old then so I can't remember anything about the trip and I've been on a cruises to Tallin, Riga and Stockholm but never disembark from the ship. So this trip would be more than welcome. I could get even to the city itself this time :D
I don't know if we could afford the both trips :/ They aren't that expensive but enough for us. The zoo, fortress and the museum doesn't cost a lot but the hotel does and travelling to Helsinki. And of course the cruise to Saint Petersburg isn't free and of course we have to eat something in both places.
Why always the money has to be the problem? :( And then they try to make it more difficult to find a good bargain.
BUT I've found something wonderful while searching the net. I've found Nopsa Travels. What a wonderful site! And they have so wonderful routes. I wish we could someday just take a train, or bus or even go with our own car and go try some of the routes. Or even check just a few of the recommended places :) Atleast the Tampere routes we could try almost anytime. That's just the kind of travelling I would really like.
I hope it would stop raining. It's been really bad weather the whole week. And it's been a really rainy summer this year, and cold :( I hope the weather gets better until August when our summer holiday starts.
