Joulu saa tulla / Christmas can come

English below

Viimeisen imuroinninkin sain juuri valmiiksi.

Luntakin on maassa.

Now Christmas is ready.

We got the Christmas tree on 20th and put it in the living room. Yesterday we decorated it.

Yesterday we also got the ham. It's little bit too big but smaller ones were too small. There wasn't ham which would have been good size. But now we can eat ham whole Christmas and there's going to be left some for the pea soup on Pancake Day and for some other dishes too after Christmas :)

I just finished last vacuuming too.

The food is ready and waiting in the freezer, thanks to my mom and mother-in-law. I decided not to do any food myself anymore. Of course I would have wanted to but I should have made them already and put into the freezer and there's just no room anymore. That's the reason actually. I will bake the ryemeal bread on 23rd and I will go to get the fish and other last foods on the marke then.

There's snow in the ground. It's pretty :) It snowed yeasterday and it's been minus degrees since then. It might we have white Christmas at least here in Tampere if it doesn't turn to heat wave again before it.

Here's some little updates. There's going to be some pictures and updates about the Independence Day and my birthday party but I think I post about them after the Christmas.

Now we enjoy Christmas. Drinking mulled wine and wine, eating sweets and good food, smelling the pine tree, hyacints and other Christmas smells, jingeling the bells and burning candels. And of course we are trying to see elves.

Very Merry and Peacefull Christmas to You!

ps. Oh, I got Liebster award too but I will tell you about that after Christmas.

Merry Christmas! You sure sound busy preparing for Christmas. In my house, we always get a large ham -- there's no such thing as a ham that's too big in our house! I don't want snow for Christmas -- shoveling the snow is hard work. But I agree, when it does snow, it sure looks pretty! Take care!
