Ensimmäinen viikko koulussa takanapäin ja toinen viikko alkamassa. Tuntuu siltä, kuin ei olisi ollut lomaa ollenkaan. Ainakin lukujärjestys näyttää suht tyhjältä, vielä.
Viime viikolla oli kuorot ja musiikkiteatteria. Aloimme harjoitella VOCAL!in Kevät showta ja meillä on jopa muutama keikka jo tulossa VOCAL!ille ja myös CULTille. Musiikkiteatteri Salamassa aloimme harjoitella tulevaa musikaalia varten. Aloitimme yhdellä tanssilla - PMS Blues :) Meillä ei oikeastaan vieläkään ole juonta tai käsikirjoitusta, mutta se on tekeillä.
Harjoittelimme myös Grease musikaalia, tanssia ja laulua. Täytyy myöntää, että olen kurjassa kunnossa. Melkein kolme tuntia tanssia oli kivaa, mutta rankkaa. Vedin sen kunnialla läpi, mutta samalla pitäisi vielä pystyä laulamaan korkeita nuotteja! Se ei olisi onnistunut viime viikolla. Minun täytyy tosissani alkaa kuntoilemaan. Minulla on viisi kuukautta aikaa päästä kuntoon.
Nyt olisi myös aika etsiä työharjoittelupaikka tutkintoani varten. Lähetin jo hakemuksen Uudenkaupungin kirjastoon, joka on ensimmäinen vaihtoehtoni. Toivon tosissani, että he ottaisivat minut. Jos sieltä ei kuulu mitään keskiviikkoon mennessä, soitan perään.
Tänä keväänä meillä on taas kirjallisuus kurssi, tällä kertaa Maailman kirjallisuutta. Meillä on 8 kirjaa luettavana. Ongelma vain on siinä, että koko luokan pitäisi lukea samat 8 kirjaa, kirjoja on hyvin vaikea saada koska niitä on vain muutama kirjastossa. Onneksi minä sain kaikki kirjani Hervannan kirjastosta, joten voin lainata niitä eteenpäin, kunhan ensin itse olen lukenut ne. Toinen ongelma on se, että emme tiedä missä järjestyksessä kirjat pitäisi lukea, koska meillä ei ole vielä lukujärjestyksiä tarpeeksi pitkälle ajalle. Joten, onnea vain kurssin kanssa... Meillä on neljä eri opettajaa kurssilla ja se vaikutti oikein mielenkiintoiselta, mutta toteutus kusee jo heti alussa. Katsotaan miten käy.
Viikonloppuna olimme Turussa hostel/ravintola laiva S/S Boressa. Äitini ja hänen avopuolisonsa juhlivat yhteisesti syntymäpäiviään siellä. Paljon oli uusia ihmisiä ja oikein mukavaa oli. Tutustuimme laivaan, söimme hyvää ruokaa, juttelimme ja lauloimme karaokea.
Olen myös vihdoinkin alkanut taas tehdä kortteja! En tosin joulukortteja vaan syntymäpäiväkortteja. Jätin kaikki korttitarpeetkin pöydälle, jotta voin tehdä kortteja aina kun minulta liikenee hieman aikaa.
Tämä kevät taitaa olla taas aika kiireinen. Minulla on kaksi musikaali sekä VOCAL!in kevätshow + vielä muutama laulu lisää CULTin esiintymisiä varten. Mielenkiintoinen kevät edessä!

So, the first week of school is behind and the second week is starting. It feels like there was no holiday at all. At least my timetable is very loose, yet.
Last week I had my choirs and music theatre. We are starting to rehearsal VOCAL!'s Spring show and we already have some gigs coming for VOCAL! and also for CULT. In my music theatre group Salama, we started to rehearsal for our musical. We started with one of the dances - PMS Blues :) We still don't have a plot or script, but we are on it.
We also had rehearsal for Grease musical, singing and dancing. I must admit that I'm in a bad shape. Almost three hours dancing was fun, but tough. I managed it, but I should be also singing at the same time and very high notes! That wouldn't have been possible last week. I really have to start exercising. I have five months to get in shape.
Now it's also the time to look for practice job for my qualification. I already sent an application to Uusikaupunki library, which is my first choice. I really hope they would take me. If I don't hear from them before Wednesday, I will call them.
This spring we have again a literature course, this time it's World literature. We have 8 books to read. The problem is that the whole class reads the same 8 books, so it's very difficult to get the books because there's only few of them in the library. I luckily got all the books from Hervanta library so I can lend them to my classmates when I've first read them. The second problem is that we don't know in which order we should read the books, because we don't have our timetables far enough. So, good luck with the course then... We have four different teachers and the course seemed interesting, but the implementation is already bad. We'll see how it goes.
On weekend we were at Turku in hostel/restaurant boat S/S Bore. My mother and her partner had a birthday party there. There were a lot of new people and it was fun time. We got to know the boat, ate good food, talked and sang karaoke.
I've also made some cards finally! Not Christmas cards but birthday cards. I left all of my stuff on the table so I can make them whenever I'll have little time.
This spring might get quite busy again. I have two musicals and one choir show + few other songs to learn for CULTs performances. It's going to be interesting spring!
